Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your www.linensaree.com online purchase, you may return the goods within 7 working days of the original purchase date.
• The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging, with the price and other tags intact. The entire return and refund process will be completed within 15 days from the date of notification.
• You will be given an equivalent amount of money in the form of a voucher, a product, or a refund of money to your bank account. You decide, and we are good with what works for you.
• Customers returning products, not in their original condition may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% of the total amount of the original purchase price. It sounds harsh, but it’s just to deter people from doing some mischief. The vast majority of us will never be affected.
• Return courier fees of Rs. 120 per product apply.

Shipping Information

We mention the estimated delivery time for each piece on the product details page.

For all orders within India, we offer free shipping. For international deliveries, the shipping charges will be extra as per the weight of the order.

For deliveries within India, all prepaid orders are eligible for free shipping, whereas orders placed under COD will have to pay Rs. 100 (non-refundable) as a shipping charge for each order, regardless of the quantity.

For deliveries outside India, customs duties and local taxes have to be paid by the customer to our shipping partner at the time of shipment delivery. The amount of duty and tax depends on the policies of your destination country.

Delivery time for your order starts from the date of order confirmation.

The usual delivery time for an order is 3–7 business days from the date of order confirmation, depending on the saree ordered.

For some sarees that are in high demand, it may take 10-15 working days for dispatch from the date of the order, depending on the saree ordered.

For any orders that are urgent and are required to be delivered within an early time frame, the client is requested to confirm with the Linensaree.com team before placing the order.

Our shipping team will get in touch with you to confirm any orders that need to be sent out.

Cash-on-delivery orders will be dispatched only upon the customer’s confirmation of the same. For prepaid orders, only one attempt at confirmation will be made, and regardless of whether confirmation is received or not, the order will be dispatched.

If there is no response to our calls, messages, or emails with a confirmation of dispatch within 3 days of our first attempt at a cash-on-delivery order, the order will be marked cancelled at the end of the third day.

We use the most reliable courier services for deliveries, including Blue Dart and Delhivery.

In case the delivery is unsuccessful due to any circumstances at the customer’s end, a second attempt will be made upon confirmation with the customer.

If the second delivery attempt is still unsuccessful due to any circumstances at the customer’s end, for the subsequent third attempt, the customer will have to bear extra shipping charges. In case the customer is unable to pay any such charges, the order will be marked as cancelled.

In the case of a prepaid order, if the same is cancelled from the customer’s end after the successful dispatch of the order, the shipping charges of Rs 150.00 will be deducted from the amount paid while refunding the prepaid amount of the order.

At times, orders can get delayed for reasons outside of our control. If your order is delayed beyond 2 weeks’ delivery from the estimated delivery time for some unforeseen reasons, we will get in touch with you to check if you would still like to continue with your order.
